It is my honor to introduce one of my friends for our first Preferred Vendor blog!

First up, Noe Molina.

Noe is the owner of Molina Media & is one of the best videographers in the west.

He is always in high spirits, is a joy to be around, & his work is everything phenomenal.

Tell Me About Yourself

I grew up in Seminole, Texas. Graduated high school in 2013 and graduated from Texas Tech in December 2017 with a Media Strategies degree.

I have two sisters, 1 brother, and a sister and brother in law.

My girlfriend, Anna, is a graphic designer for an engineering consulting firm in Orlando. We have been dating for 3 years in September!

How Did You Get Started?

I got started videoing weddings by some very awesome people taking a chance on me.

When I was a senior in high school, the technology director’s daughter was getting married. She saw my interest in creating stories and wanted me to be a part of her family’s day.

I didn’t even own a camera or any editing software. A very long, stressful 8 hours later I had filmed my first wedding.

At that point, I really didn’t think I would continue to film weddings. With the help and the encouragement of my friends and family, one wedding led to another.

Eventually the nerves were gone and I caught myself being invested into creating beautiful, emotion filled wedding videos.

Fast forward to 2019 and (at the time of writing this) I now have 28 weddings.

I have been lucky enough to be a part of over 50 wedding days!

Why Did You Start This Career Path?

Growing up, I knew I wanted to be in a career that pertained to one of two areas:

1) A career where I get to create something.

I love taking a thought or idea and developing it into a result of some sort.

2) A career where I get to communicate with people.

Getting to know different people has always been an interest of mine. I am almost certain I have never met a stranger.

With these two passions of mine, videoing weddings was a given.

I have been able to meet lots of people and capture memories for them to cherish for years to come.

I am grateful to be selected by each family that does that.

What Is Your Favorite Thing About Your Job?

My favorite thing about the job is the emotion. I have learned that wedding days are all about relationships.

Of course, the bride and groom becoming one.

But being behind the scenes I get to see the other relationships involved with a wedding.

Whether it’s a father handing off his youngest daughter or a mother fixing the tie of her oldest son, this relationships often get emotional fast.

My favorite thing to capture is the emotion from these relationships (and believe me I never get “used to” this emotion).

What Sets You Apart From Others?

My wedding videos set me apart from others.

My videos are often told in a chronological order of the Bride’s wedding day.

I often focus on the many relationships that are involved in the wedding day.

Because one of my passions is meeting people, I am not only your videographer but I really want to know the bride and a groom on a personal level.

I have learned that knowing the bride and groom on a personal level allows me to better tell their wedding story.

What Is Something Interesting About Yourself That Most People Don’t Know About?

“I’m an open book”

What Do You Like To Do On Your Free Time?

I love to travel.

The flexibility of this career path has allowed me to travel more than I would have thought.

Last year trips: Disneyland, Disneyworld, Washington DC, Honolulu.

This year’s trips: Orlando, Grand Canyon, South Carolina, Las Vegas, Punta Cana, New York, and hopefully Havanna!

If You Could Travel To Anywhere In The World, Where Would It Be & Why?

I would really love to go to Bali, Indonesia.

I don’t really get nervous traveling, but knowing Bali is literally on the other side of the world has me a little hesitant.

Another place I would love to go soon is Thailand.

Favorite Drink?

Sweet Tea at a wedding & a Chilton anywhere else

Favorite Restaurant?

Anywhere with seafood.

Favorite Type of Music?

Anything mainstream or country!

Favorite Holiday?

Christmas! Nothing like cold weather, and a giving attitude.
