Included in every package are the following luxuries:


  • Personal On-Site Event Coordinator:
    •  Three to four weeks prior to the wedding, a meeting will be scheduled with the coordinator who will be handling your event. At that meeting, we will discuss the timeline, vendors and music, as well as any other wishes and desires you and your fiancé have to make certain all of the details are lined out. Please remember your “day of” coordinator only coordinates the day of your event.       • Provides wedding day coordination and oversight
  • A list of well-known and dependable vendors, including florists, officiates, cake designers, photographers, DJs, and other entertainment. Our preferred vendor list only exists to further serve our brides in their decision process. These are vendors who we have carefully selected due to their ability to provide the high standard of service we value, but it is your choice to hire them or not. 
  • Use of property from 10:00 am to midnight. Any personal or other items brought in must be removed and completely out of the facility by midnight.
  • Exclusive complimentary access to property for photographic use by appointment with a two-week notice.
  • Location includes a temperature controlled, 10,000 square foot barn that hosts up to 300 guests (additional charge over 300) for an indoor ceremony and reception year-round. Elegantly decorated with crystal chandeliers, draped linens, mirrors, and more, combined with numerous “one of a kind” antiques, natural wood architecture, rustic lighting and décor throughout. Sophisticated multi-stall ladies’ restroom and sitting area. Stylish gentleman’s room and a private handicap accessible restroom with changing table.
  • Large outdoor patio includes fire pit, gorgeous pond with water fountain, and patio tables and chairs.
  • Elegant bridal suite with beautiful vanities and chairs, private restroom, changing room, and a luxury seating area.
  • Groom’s “Man Cave” – This “man cave” is the perfect waiting area for the gentlemen as they prepare for the big event.  With a flat screen TV, game table, under-counter refrigerator and plenty of prep room there will be no excuses for not being ready on time.
  • 60 inch round, 8 feet rectangular, and pub style tables and white wooden padded chairs for up to 300 guests are provided. (Additional charge for over 300 guests)
  • Various tables to accommodate the cakes, sparklers, or a table for the unity candle.
  • Eloquent, floor-length white linens for each table.
  • Eberley Brooks Staff set up and break down tables and chairs for each event.
  • Attendants will assist with parking and direct guests to appropriate entrance, then secures doors during ceremony. (Off-duty security guards required when alcohol is served, optional for non alcoholic events)
  • Event insurance provided by WedSafe.
  • Audio/Visual Package: includes handheld mics, indoor/outdoor speakers throughout facility, state-of-the-art sound system, 75-inch monitor, HDMI, and Wi-Fi audio.
